Job Overview:

Every Coca-Cola truck is driven by a dedicated professional tasked with delivering our iconic beverage brands while providing exceptional customer service.

At Coke Northeast, our drivers are essential in ensuring that our well-known Coca-Cola products reach local stores, restaurants, and vending machines promptly and completely.

The Driver Merchandiser is responsible for the efficient delivery of products to customers in a courteous, professional, compliant, safe, and timely manner.

In this position, the Driver Merchandiser will also stock products on shelves and in coolers while maintaining appropriate rotation standards.

Additionally, all drivers serve as ambassadors for our company and its globally recognized brands.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver products to customers on designated routes.
2. Merchandise, display, and rotate products according to company standards.
3. Collect and return company property.
4. Move, lift, and load products and company property.
5. Invoice and collect payments; settle accounts daily.
6. Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures.
7. Provide outstanding customer service and build relationships with store management and staff.

Job Requirements:

- Class A Commercial Driver's License & Clean MVR Required
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred
- 1-3 years of general work experience required
- 1+ years of commercial driving experience preferred
- Previous experience in route delivery, direct store delivery, stocking, merchandising, retail management, and/or customer service preferred
- Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, reach above head height, stand, walk, kneel, bend, and reach
- Ability to operate manual and powered material handling equipment (i.e., pallet jack, hand-truck, etc.) for a minimum of 100 yards without assistance
- Self-motivated with a high degree of integrity and able to perform job duties with minimal supervision in a timely manner.
