As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll be the face of our company, delivering exceptional experiences to every customer who walks through our doors.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring they feel valued and supported.
  2. Product Recommendations: Provide informed recommendations to customers, enhancing their shopping experience.
  3. Store Operations: Assist with maintaining a clean and organized store environment, adhering to our high standards.
  4. Team Support: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless store operations.

Requirements:

  • Age Requirement: 18 years old (21 in some states)
  • Availability: Must be able to work weekends and holidays
  • Communication Skills: Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English effectively
  • Math Proficiency: Basic math skills required, including addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication
  • Physical Ability: Capable of frequently lifting 10 lbs and occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Pre-Employment Screening: Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
