Administrative Operations Manager

To oversee the business management and staff service functions of a large process, responsible for overall management of departmental administrative and technical services, and special projects. Includes a variety of complex decisions with minimal direction.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct support to the AVP, including calendar management, postal and electronic mail, and approvals.
Manage departmental services, processes, and special projects, including staff development programs and budget oversight.
Develop and implement administrative support staff, including training and compliance programs.
Provide information coordination between administrative staff and leadership, and represent the department leadership in their absence as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and four years of related experience.
Hospital Pharmacy business operations a plus.
Advanced communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
Ability to coordinate efforts with many others and provide complex administrative decisions regarding organizational and departmental issues.
Stakeholders Include:
State-Level Stakeholders, UT Systems Pharmacy Steering Council, Texas Pharmacy Initiative, External Stakeholders, State Board of Pharmacy, DEA, CMS, Accreditation Agencies, Joint Commission, ACHC (Specialty Rx), C-Suite Level Stakeholders.
Salary Range:
From $66,385 to $106,215, depending on qualifications.
