Workweek:

Responsibilities:

  • Embody a customer-centric approach by fostering a positive work environment and ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction.
  • Lead by example, utilizing leadership skills to motivate employees and promote cost control and labor management.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with occupational, health, and safety standards, as well as liquor regulations.
  • Ensure accuracy in paperwork, including daily sales summary reports, petty cash reimbursement forms, and payroll records.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent GED.
  • At least 2+ years of upscale/fine dining restaurant management experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of the front-of-house operations.
  • Advanced knowledge of financial aspects.
  • Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
  • Stable and progressive work history.
  • Strong work ethic.
Candidates must pass a drug screen and background check.
