Job Summary:

The Hospice Sales Account Executive is responsible for successfully marketing to healthcare professionals, hospitals, and other referral sources to achieve the Company's financial and market share goals. This role requires identifying and educating potential customers about healthcare services provided by the Company, establishing trusted relationships, and continually prospecting for new accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the Company's services to healthcare professionals and referral sources.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, including hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and physician offices.
  • Conduct in-services, presentations, and educational luncheons to educate referral sources about the Company's services.
  • Prospect for new accounts and maintain current accounts to achieve sales goals.
  • Collaborate with the Administrator to develop and implement marketing and sales strategies.
  • Participate in in-service programs and the HHA's QAPI program.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of healthcare, home health, or hospice sales experience.
  • Licensed clinical experience is preferred.
  • Established community relationships and connections.
  • Excellent people and relationship skills.
  • Strong ability to present and communicate effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and in groups.
  • Enthusiastic and highly motivated personality.
