About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide phone-based support to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist clients with trading futures products, including domestic and international clients, and provide guidance on market trends and trading strategies.
  • Support clients within our Stock Plan Services, helping them to navigate complex financial products and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall client satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, regulatory changes, and product offerings to provide expert advice to clients.
Requirements
  • FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses required or a condition of employment to successfully obtain these licenses within the allotted training time.
  • Experience working with international clients and processes, either as a contractor or associate.
  • Bilingual in Spanish, Cantonese, or Mandarin preferred.
  • FINRA Series 9-10 license preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in client service, financial services, and/or brokerage services, with a focus on trading and client engagement.
  • Passion for trading and market knowledge, with the ability to proactively discuss trading topics and solutions with clients.
  • Shift flexibility, as this role operates 24 hours a day, 6 days a week.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to effectively mitigate risk and adhere to trading accuracy and policies.
  • A passion for continually learning and growing knowledge in personal finance, US, and foreign markets.
  • Ability to establish trust and rapport with clients over the phone.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written skills, with a strong customer service focus.
  • Resilience to achieve client happiness in a fast-paced call environment.
