Job Title: Application Support Technician

Zachary Piper Solutions, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Application Support Technician to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day support for large scale enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide analysis, debugging, and maintenance for large scale enterprise applications.
  • Design, test, debug, maintain, and document complex enterprise applications.
  • Understand various disciplines and technologies, such as web, directory services, directory synchronization, security, databases, networking, infrastructure, and application development.
  • Oversee projects and interact with other departments to ensure on-time completion.
  • Ensure applications and systems are maintained, secure, and current.
  • Proactively monitor applications to alert for any issues.
  • Upgrade and migrate application software.
Requirements:
  • 5 years of experience using Microsoft Desktop.
  • 5 years of experience with Microsoft Office.
  • 5 years of experience with Windows-based client/server application support.
  • Scripting, PowerShell, and automation experience.
  • Networking experience.
  • Experience in manufacturing, laboratory, or refinery industries.
  • Technical bachelor's degree from a four-year college with 5+ years of experience.
  • 8-10 years of experience with no degree.
Compensation:
  • $100,000 - $110,000 (based on experience).
  • 100% Onsite.
  • Comprehensive benefit package, including 10 days paid vacation (prorated first year), 10 holidays, 401K match, medical, dental, and vision.
