Responsibilities
  • Provide acquisition, technical, engineering, and programmatic support for space vehicle Integrated Command and Control (IC2) and space network management systems.
  • Develop system requirements, perform requirements management, and perform compliance assessments in support of major design reviews.
  • Responsible for using Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and Engineering tools to identify program requirements, track performance metrics, and manage the systems engineering process.
  • Support development, maintaining, and understanding of Agile products, governance, strategies, implementation guides, development plans, and templates.
  • Provide guidance and training to the Customer on Agile principles and processes, Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) processes, multi-cloud distributed architectures, space network management, and machine learning.
Qualifications
  • BS 12-15, MS 10-13, Phd 10+
  • Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
  • Proficient with Cameo and SysML software tools
  • In-depth knowledge of Customer agency's Enterprise Systems Engineering processes and Digital Engineering ecosystem
  • Deep understanding of Agile development principles and processes
  • Significant experience in requirements development and management for large space and ground system acquisitions
  • Experience in design and development of space network architectures
  • Excellent communication/collaboration skills
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
