Job Description
  • We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Care Connection Center team. As a key member of our team, you will handle incoming phone calls, address customer inquiries, and provide exceptional service to patients and their families.
  • Your primary responsibility will be to engage with callers, listen actively, and respond promptly to their needs and concerns. You will also maintain accurate records of interactions and utilize software and databases as needed.
  • To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. You should be able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet productivity standards while providing top-notch customer service.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years' experience in a professional office or call center environment
  • Familiarity with medical terminology preferred
  • Proficiency with computers, especially EMR systems, and strong typing skills (minimum 45 wpm)
  • Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills
