Role Summary:

The Lead Environmental Services Specialist is responsible for executing a variety of cleaning and maintenance tasks, including floor care and daily sanitation duties. This role also involves supporting the Environmental Services Coordinator with supervisory responsibilities as required.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Experience in following both written and verbal instructions.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform manual tasks effectively.
  • Prior experience in customer service and public interaction.
  • Capability to obtain a chauffeur's license within a specified timeframe.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and the ability to secure a chauffeur's license shortly after employment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: At least one year in a leadership capacity overseeing teams of five or more. Previous experience in environmental services is advantageous.
Physical Demands:
  • Ability to regularly push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Position requires extended periods of standing and walking.
  • Ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat as needed.
