Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Operating Room at Ascension Saint Agnes in Baltimore, Maryland. As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced surgical environment.
Responsibilities- Provide professional nursing care to patients undergoing surgical procedures, including pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative care.
- Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure seamless patient care and efficient operating room workflow.
- Perform scrub and circulating functions, including instrument handling, patient monitoring, and communication.
- Assist the operating physician with surgical tasks, including hemostasis, suturing, and wound exposure.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Maryland.
- One year of experience in the Operating Room, preferably in a teaching hospital setting.
- Advanced Life Support certification within six months of hire date.
