Ascension is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at St. Agnes Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization.

  • Implement and monitor patient care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
  • Note and carry out physician and nursing orders to ensure timely and effective care.
  • Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.

  • BLS Provider certification from the American Heart Association is required prior to hire date.
  • Registered Nurse licensure from the Maryland Board of Nursing is required prior to hire date.
  • Drivers License from the Maryland Department of Motor Vehicles is preferred.
