Job Overview
As a key player in the Food and Beverage department, you will assist in overseeing daily operations, ensuring both guest and employee satisfaction while adhering to the operational budget. Your role is vital in maintaining compliance with established standards and legal requirements.

Candidate Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED; 3 years of experience in food and beverage, culinary, or a related field.
- Alternatively, a 2-year degree from an accredited institution in Food Service Management, Hospitality, or a related field, along with 1 year of relevant experience.

Core Responsibilities
- Support the management of daily operations, including the ordering of supplies and uniforms.
- Supervise daily shift operations, ensuring adherence to all policies and procedures.
- Implement and oversee a comprehensive self-inspection program.
- Manage staffing levels to meet service, operational, and financial goals.
- Foster a collaborative and respectful team environment.
- Set specific objectives to prioritize and organize tasks effectively.
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding areas needing attention.
- Coordinate cleaning initiatives across all food and beverage areas, identifying trends for improvement.

Customer Service Excellence
- Deliver exceptional service that enhances customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Act as a role model for appropriate behavior and service standards.
- Address guest concerns proactively and maintain a positive atmosphere for guest relations.
- Regularly review guest feedback and satisfaction metrics with the team.

Additional Duties
- Provide information to colleagues through various communication methods.
- Analyze data to identify the best solutions for operational challenges.
- Perform essential job functions as needed.
- Maintain professionalism and courtesy in all interactions.
- Understand and manage budgets, operating statements, and payroll reports.

Compensation and Benefits
The hourly pay range for this position is $24.04 to $25.96. Marriott offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health care, a 401(k) plan with company match, employee stock purchase options, paid time off, life insurance, and more. Eligibility and conditions may apply.
