Job Summary:

The Cleanliness Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the overall cleanliness and safety of the senior community center. This includes performing daily cleaning tasks, maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies, and reporting any maintenance issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining the cleanliness of the center, including floors, offices, and bathrooms.
  • Managing inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Reporting any maintenance issues to management.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Three years of experience in maintenance, custodial, or janitorial work.
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
Estimated Salary Range:

$48,000 - $65,000 per year, based on experience.
