Job Summary:

CBRE is seeking a highly skilled Senior Commercial Real Estate Finance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for generating fee income through the placement of debt and equity within capital markets.

About the Role:

This role involves working within the Brokerage job function, responsible for the buying, selling, and letting of residential, office, and commercial properties on behalf of clients for occupation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand and articulate the fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures associated with commercial real estate finance.
  • Create, cultivate, and maintain a local and national client base for the generation of fee income from debt and equity placements.
  • Provide advisory services to clients with the goal to obtain trusted advisor status.
  • Develop an ongoing and expanding relationship with internal personnel to conjunctly create business pitches and provide ancillary finance support information.
  • Work and coordinate with company sales professionals to improve overall client relationships and transactions.
  • Assist with the preparation of loan submission reports for review by capital providers.
  • Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
  • Coach others and share in-depth knowledge of own job discipline and broad knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.
  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.

Requirements:

  • Fee income of at least $321,210 a year for five of the last seven years.
  • Bachelor's Degree with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
  • Real Estate license strongly preferred.
  • Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
  • Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
  • Sophisticated math skills.
