Sales Representative

CoStar Group is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including senior-level executives
- Prospect new business opportunities and identify potential clients
- Develop and deliver customized sales presentations and proposals
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product marketing and product management, to stay up-to-date on industry trends and product offerings
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
- Minimum 4 years of sales and account management experience in commercial real estate or digital advertising
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
