About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate Counsel to join our internal legal team at NorthPoint Development LLC. As a key member of our team, you will provide support for legal and compliance matters, working closely with our development teams to ensure seamless integration and successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft and review various legal documents, including purchase/sale contracts, and assist with organizational compliance.
  • Manage complex real estate transactions, including reviewing due diligence materials and providing general counsel to internal development teams.
  • Assist with real estate finance transactions, including construction and permanent debt, joint ventures, and recapitalizations.
Requirements
  • JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • Bar admission in Missouri and/or Kansas.
  • 2-6 years of transactional experience in real estate and/or corporate law.
  • Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and provide support to internal development teams.
