Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Outpatient Mental Health Specialist to join our team. As an Outpatient Intake Assessor, you will conduct initial diagnostic evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults, and provide referrals and coordinates entry into services.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct mental health and addictions assessments for clients of all ages
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
  • Collaborate with internal and external providers to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in clinical social work, clinical mental health counseling, or marriage and family therapy required
  • At least 3 years of experience providing mental health and addictions assessments and/or treatment
  • Current LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC licensure preferred; LSW, LMHC-A, or LMFT-A required
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance options, as well as generous PTO and 11 paid holidays.
