Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional member service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform routine member transactions, including account maintenance, digital banking assistance, and other member needs.
- Escalate complex transactions to senior-level positions within the branch.
- Develop and maintain relationships with members, identifying opportunities to deepen their relationships with our credit union.
- Make outbound calls to members to establish, grow, and nurture member relationships.
- Ensure branch equipment is functioning properly and escalate non-repairable issues to leadership.
- Accurately process transactions and service requests on member accounts.
- Follow all cash handling procedures and balance cash drawers at the end of each shift.
- You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with members, colleagues, and leadership.
- You are a team player, with a positive attitude and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
- You have a strong understanding of financial literacy, products, and services, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- You are proficient in technology, with experience using various software applications and systems.
- High school degree or equivalent required.
- At least one year of customer service experience preferred.
- Some cash handling experience preferred.
