About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Technician to join our team at American Systems. As an Engineering Technician, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and maintenance of complex systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform hands-on maintenance and repair of complex equipment and systems.
  • Conduct analysis and troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Develop and implement total production maintenance methods and procedures to improve customer overall equipment efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure supported munitions systems are operationally ready for use.
  • Conduct test and evaluation activities of installed equipment or equipment candidates.
Requirements
  • Ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance.
  • A High School diploma/GED, trade school training.
  • Five (5) years of related experience including hands-on maintenance experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in maintenance/material control and quality assurance.
  • Experienced in working in an IPT type structure to include remote team dynamics.
