We are currently in search of dedicated individuals to fill the role of Facility Maintenance Technician within our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying and reporting safety hazards to appropriate personnel.
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations as per Federal, State, and company standards.
- Performing dusting and vacuuming in carpeted areas.
- Executing dust mopping and mopping in non-carpeted spaces.
- Managing waste disposal and replenishing supplies in dispensers.
- Conducting thorough cleaning of kitchens, restrooms, offices, retail areas, and laboratories.
- Handling heavy supplies and waste materials.
- Utilizing cleaning equipment such as mops, dusters, vacuums, and supply carts.
Qualifications:
What You Bring:
- Physical capability to operate cleaning machinery and tools.
- Ability to lift and manage heavy items.
- Familiarity with cleaning agents and their proper usage.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a cleaning or maintenance role.
