We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Craftsman to join our team at Aerotek. In this role, you will be responsible for performing daily preventative maintenance on designated equipment, managing work orders, and conducting inventory for equipment spare parts. You will also be expected to continually enhance your skills by learning from colleagues and external service technicians.

A key aspect of this role is your ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and manuals, which will be essential in effectively repairing and maintaining equipment. You will also be responsible for identifying best practices for equipment maintenance and implementing them in our facilities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical and mechanical skills, including PLC handling. Strong problem-solving, self-motivation, time management, and communication skills are also essential for success in this role.

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, health advocacy, and employee assistance programs. We also offer a 401(k) plan and employee discounts.
