Job Title: 3rd Shift Value Stream Team Leader

At Parker Hannifin Corporation Parker Aerospace Group, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced 3rd Shift Value Stream Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading the daily operations of our value stream, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the 3rd shift value stream team to achieve daily, monthly, and annual goals and objectives.
  • Implement and maintain a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging team members to identify and solve problems.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of management or supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Proven track record of leading teams to achieve results and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Experience with LEAN principles and practices is preferred.
