Job Summary

We are seeking a hard-working and diligent Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for leading our team to provide a great customer experience while focusing on the Big 3 – Great Bar-B-Que, Great Service, and Cleanliness.

Responsibilities
  • Lead by Example: Report to work as scheduled, on time, well-groomed in proper uniform and provide exceptional service to each customer.
  • Team Leadership: Be a leader – help team members do their best, manage the daily operations of the restaurant and staff, and execute company policies and procedures.
  • Menu Knowledge: Be familiar with menu items and specials.
  • Customer Focus: Provide a positive customer experience and ensure that all customers receive excellent service.
Requirements
  • Age Requirement: Must be 18 years of age.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed and work standing for extended periods of time, including bending, lifting, and reaching.
  • Work Schedule: Willing to work as scheduled.
  • Communication: Ability to work with continuous use of hands and arms and willing to adhere to all uniform and safety standards.
