Job Summary

We are seeking an Entry-Level and Associate Quality Specialist to join our dynamic team in multiple locations across the United States. As a key member of our quality team, you will partner with cross-functional business units to ensure that every product and service meets quality and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Support reviews of proposals, contracts, regulatory, program, and customer requirements in the development of quality assurance plans.
  • Assist with maintenance of quality directives, policies, processes, procedures, and metrics.
  • Collect data to support analysis of process data, metrics, models, and flows to identify root cause of routine problems.
  • Collect data to support research and analysis of performance reports to improve process capability.
  • Collect data to support quality source selection activity.
  • Support preparation for hardware, software, and system-level audits.
  • Compile data for material review disposition.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled student with a completed Bachelor's degree or prior by August 2025.
  • Problem-solving experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a quality role.
  • Experience with quality management systems.
  • Preferred skills: project management, data analysis, supply chain management, information technology, SQL/programming, and other related skills.

Education and Experience

Educational background typically acquired through advanced education (e.g., Bachelor) or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g., 4 years' related work experience).

Some positions offer relocation based on candidate eligibility. Boeing provides a comprehensive Total Rewards package, including competitive base pay and variable compensation opportunities. Eligible employees can enroll in various benefit programs, such as health insurance, flexible spending accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance, and paid time away from work.

Compensation and Relocation

Entry-Level summary pay range: $49,300 – $75,900. Associate summary pay range: $62,050 - $97,750. Relocation is available for eligible candidates, if authorized.
