Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Director to lead our Quality Department at SeAH Steel USA, LLC.

Key Responsibilities

The QA/QC Manager is accountable for all Quality Department related activities. This includes direct authority over Quality Assurance and Quality Control Departments and personnel, as well as the quality process, allowing the ability to stop production at any time deemed necessary.

Accountabilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all quality-related activities are carried out in accordance with industry standards and company policies. This includes implementing and maintaining quality control processes, conducting regular audits and inspections, and developing and implementing training programs for Quality Department personnel.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need a minimum of 10 years of experience in Q.C. and/or Q.A., with a minimum of 5 years' experience in management/supervision. A degree or training in Metallurgy, Quality, and/or Engineering is preferred. You must also have knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new software applications.

Safety Considerations

As a Quality Assurance Director, you will be required to understand and adhere to all applicable location safety rules and regulations. You must ensure that all Quality Department personnel follow these guidelines and maintain a safe working environment.

Working Conditions

This role involves working in a professional office environment and a normal manufacturing environment. You will be required to coordinate last-minute project-based work and details, as well as travel when necessary. You must be able to see 20-20 when corrected and identify and distinguish colors.

Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a salary, we also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
