Job Summary:

The Flexographic Printing Specialist is responsible for operating and maintaining flexographic printing presses to produce high-quality labels. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate flexographic printing presses to print designs or lettering on rolls of flexible plastic film, paper, and nonabsorbent stock.
  • Perform preventative maintenance tasks to ensure optimal press performance.
  • Read and comply with all documented procedures and special instructions.
  • Monitor production quality and maintain required samples.
  • Work well with others in a team environment and contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Five or more years of flexo experience.
  • Experience with hot stamping, rotary screen, or cold foil strongly preferred.
