About the Role

Segue, Inc. is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Part-time Medication Delivery Specialist to join our team. As a Medication Delivery Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and effective delivery of medications to our clients with severe mental illness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver medications to clients in their homes, observing them as they self-administer their medications.
  • Assess any visible changes in clients' mood, behavior, or appearance, and report these changes to your supervisor.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our clients' needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with our clinical team to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid Michigan Driver's License and proof of vehicle insurance.
  • Reliable transportation, with mileage reimbursement provided.
  • Minimum of six months of experience working with adults with mental health challenges preferred.
  • Ability to type a minimum of 45 WPM.
  • Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records and Apple iPad/cell phone technology.
  • Strong understanding of Jackson County and its communities.
