As an Automotive Electrical Program Manager - Vehicle Launch, you will have the opportunity to work on challenging projects, collaborate with talented professionals, and contribute to the success of our organization.

  About the Job:

    In this role, you will be responsible for managing functional content, quality, cost, and weight alignment with program objectives. You will ensure that Engineering Design Reviews and associated work streams are consistent with Program timing. You will also attend Design Reviews on a priority/risk basis as required, attend and support milestone reviews, and meet regularly with Program Management Leaders to review/prioritize program status of functional deliverables and elevate issues.

  Your Skills and Qualifications:

    To excel in this position, you should possess a Bachelor of Science Degree in an Engineering Discipline, preferably Mechanical &/or Electrical. Familiarity with engineering and design of automotive electrical components, wiring, and systems is required. Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as experience in resolving complex issues and effectively communicating to management. Involved in the support of vehicle launch is also a must.

  Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000 per year.
