Position Overview:

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our primary care practice focusing on adult and geriatric patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough physical examinations and assessments of patients
  • Diagnose and manage both acute and chronic health conditions
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging as necessary
  • Prescribe medications and other therapeutic interventions
  • Educate and counsel patients on health promotion and disease prevention strategies
  • Collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals to create and execute treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive medical documentation
  • Engage in quality improvement initiatives and peer review processes
  • Stay informed on the latest advancements in medical research and technology
Qualifications:
  • Must hold a valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in good standing
  • Demonstrated clinical expertise and knowledge of evidence-based practices
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Capacity to work autonomously as well as part of a collaborative team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and a high patient volume
