Greenlining Management is seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to fill the role of Business Development Trainee. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the growth and development of our business through sales and marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend business development and sales meetings to identify new opportunities and build relationships with clients.
- Conduct market research to optimize brand awareness and maximize sales potential.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure the continued growth of positive business relationships.
- Track sales and campaign performance, providing regular updates to management personnel.
- Assist in the hiring, training, and development of new team members.
Requirements:
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A strong desire to grow and develop, accompanied by natural leadership abilities.
- The ability to problem-solve and think strategically in a fast-paced environment.
- An associate degree or some college experience (preferred but not required).
