Your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch service during event service, ensuring that every guest feels valued and cared for.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Deliver exceptional customer service to each guest during event service
* Promptly deliver prepared dishes to the correct tables
* Refill water and coffee, and remove empty service items
* Set tables correctly with linens, silverware, china, and glassware
* Follow table etiquette guidelines and have knowledge of the menu
* Assist in the breakdown of buffet tables and other food service stations
* Participate in setting up, serving, and breaking down coffee breaks, receptions, and other special functions
* Welcome and serve guests with an 'Aggressive Hospitality' approach
* Adhere to guest check and money-handling procedures
* Utilize 'Suggestive Selling' techniques to promote a la carte wine, mixed drinks, after-dinner cordials, and coffees
* Complete any assigned side work
