About the Role

The SentryWorld Banquet & Special Events team is seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to fill the position of Banquet Server. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests and ensuring a seamless experience for all events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up tables and bars in assigned meeting rooms according to Banquet Event Orders
  • Deliver and serve food and beverages, including meals, condiments, and accompaniments
  • Monitor guest needs and ensure satisfaction
  • Remove dishes from tables at the conclusion of meal periods and deliver to the stewarding area
  • Open and serve wine or alcoholic beverages as directed
Requirements
  • Age requirement of 18+ years
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work effectively under time constraints and deadlines
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Willingness to work extended/non-standard hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
