Job Summary

SIATech - School for Integrated Academics & Technologies seeks a highly skilled Curriculum & Instructional Programs Coordinator to join our team. This is a hybrid position based in California.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop, coordinate, and implement ELL and content area curriculum programs
* Align and manage curricula to ensure compliance with educational standards and regulations
* Support teachers in curriculum development and implementation
* Manage assessments and evaluations to measure program effectiveness
* Collaborate with educators and administrators to improve instructional practices

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
* Master's degree preferred
* Minimum of 3 years of successful teaching experience, preferably with experience in an online or blended learning model
* Proven experience in curriculum development, professional development, instructional coaching, mentoring, or a related leadership role is preferred
* Experience working with opportunity youth student population preferred

* Competitive salary range: $87,404 - $101,362
* Master's Stipend $2,184; Doctorate Stipend $2,184
