Job SummaryWe are seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient service, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a seamless patient experience.
Responsibilities- Provide superior patient service with compassion and care
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Organize charts and verify insurance
- Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High regard for time management
- Organized and detail-oriented
