Recruitment and Onboarding Coordinator

We are seeking an HR Assistant to join our team at HR Works in Rochester, NY. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in supporting the recruitment, compensation, and benefits administration processes.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring timely and efficient hiring of new employees.
- Manage employee compensation, benefits, and other rewards programs to maintain a competitive edge.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of HR-related data, compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintenance of employee records.

Requirements- Associate's degree in human resources or a related field (commensurate experience considered).
- Minimum three years of experience in HR generalist functions, preferably within a manufacturing setting.
