Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to facilitate company objectives and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead proposal development in coordination with EMFAS Marketing.
  • Coordinate gathering and technical analysis of customer requirements.
  • Provide general coordination, timelines, and objectives for Engineering, Production Control, Manufacturing, QA, and Support organizations.
  • Negotiate project changes and incorporate changes into project control systems to maintain work statements, cost and schedule baselines.
  • Transition projects to production and lead and document lessons learned.

Qualifications and Education:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply technical knowledge for both engineering and contractual related information.
  • Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy are position critical.
  • Leadership, problem-solving, and computer skills and knowledge are a pre-requisite.
