Role Responsibilities:
We seek individuals who have a genuine passion for working with children and can bring energy, enthusiasm, and a playful spirit to our classes. A key aspect of this role involves engaging with both children and their parents, as building relationships is vital to our mission. Responsibilities include:
- Leading engaging classes, parties, camps, and special events.
- Performing light administrative tasks.
- Maintaining cleanliness of equipment and play areas.
- Providing excellent customer service.
Candidate Requirements:
- Availability to work a minimum of 15 hours per week, including weekends.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with children is beneficial but not mandatory.
- A commitment to a healthy and active lifestyle is preferred.
- Effective time management abilities.
- Must pass a background check.
Compensation:
Starting pay is $14 per hour during training, with average earnings of $15-$16 per hour for trained team members. Additional benefits include:
