Job Overview

Xponential Fitness is seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead our luxury fitness studio to success. This is a full-time position based in Springfield, Missouri.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all studio functionality, including sales, operations, and customer service.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives and instructors.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and a positive member experience.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain a clean and organized studio environment.
  • Enforce studio policies and procedures.
  • Participate in networking and community events to promote the studio.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Proven track record of sales success and leadership experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in data management and analysis.
  • College degree preferred.
