Job Summary:

The State of North Carolina is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager I to lead the Medication for Opioid Use Disorder (MOUD) Program. This position will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating the effectiveness and integrity of the program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct program reviews and evaluations, document and report findings to the Program Director and Medical Director.
  • Develop and implement clinical monitoring plans to identify aspects of the program that need improvement.
  • Design, develop, provide, and oversee training programs that support the MOUD Program processes.
  • Provide input and develop policies, procedures, standards, and best practices based on established standards, current literature, research findings, and program evaluations.
  • Design performance measures; collect and analyze data on program, report findings to the Program Director and Medical Director, and develop/implement process improvement measures.
  • Serve as the primary contact to other public and private agencies, as well as interested boards, associations, or commissions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an appropriately accredited institution.
  • Three years of program experience related to the area of assignment, including one year of supervisory program experience.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Smartsheet and Excel.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience with electronic health records.
