Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Clinical Support Specialist to provide secretarial support to patients, families, and professional staff in our Emergency Department. The ideal candidate will be able to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment, providing excellent customer service and supporting the delivery of patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide secretarial support to patients, families, and professional staff in the Emergency Department.
- Support the delivery of patient care under the direction of the Registered Nurse.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure efficient and effective care delivery.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- College courses in nursing or a related field preferred.
- Nurse Aide I certification required.
Work Schedule: 7pm-7am, every other weekend.
