About the Role

Tucker-Rose Associates, LLC is seeking a skilled Cloverleaf Integration Specialist to support a local healthcare facility in San Antonio, TX. This on-site role requires EPIC Bridges certification.

Key Responsibilities
  • Epic Application Specialist: Focus on Interface technology and Epic Bridges.
  • Design, build, test, validate, and support assigned modules across the healthcare system.
  • Collaborate with operational stakeholders and IT staff to troubleshoot Epic system issues, capture requirements for new initiatives, and aid in project planning and execution.
  • Work with end users to communicate improvements needed for business processes and contribute to the success of the mission from a technological, clinical, administrative, and financial perspective.
  • Maintain expertise in the support and optimization of assigned Epic Bridges module(s).
  • Work cohesively with stakeholders to provide system support, including analysis, build, and testing of requested changes, and analysis of new functionality of applications.
  • Review, build, test, and implement functionality via System Upgrades and Special Updates.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of experience working in a professional environment.
  • EPIC Bridges certification required.
  • Previous HL7 experience developing interfaces, including ADT, SIU, ORM, DFT, MDM, and ORU interfaces in Clinical, Revenue Cycle, and Administrative applications.
  • FHIR, CCDA, and XML experience desired.
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL queries, stored procedures, triggers, indexes, data types, table structures, and database design principles,.Net and XML experience a plus.
  • Experience developing interfaces using Rhapsody Integration Engine, Cloverleaf, Bridges, Corepoint, Iguana, or Ensemble preferred.
  • Cloverleaf Engineer/Developer – Must be at least Level 1 Certified.
  • Epic Bridges – Must be Certified.
  • Experience integrating Epic – (Experience integrating OmniCell, Surescripts, Agfa, Nuance PS360, Masimo (iSirona), Vital Signs Monitors, Infusion Pumps, Blood Bank/HLA, a plus).
