Insight Global is seeking an experienced Integration Engineer to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for developing, improving, and sustaining all manufacturing process flows, leading and coordinating complex projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive technology transfers and development of new technology.
This role requires a strong background in semiconductor, electronics, or solid state physics, with a minimum of 5 years of process or integration experience. Prior CMOS or III-V/compound semiconductor experience is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and improve manufacturing process flows to minimize defects and improve process control
- Lead and coordinate complex projects to reduce rework and improve device performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive technology transfers and development of new technology
- Analyze E-test and yield data to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions to address process crises
