At DivIHN Integration Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for managing data, solving problems, and leading projects to drive process improvements.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of supply chain management in a warehouse setting and experience with ERP administration. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining supply chain PowerBI reports and dashboards, as well as deploying and maintaining lean material flow strategies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Deployment and maintenance of lean material flow strategies
  • Establishment and maintenance of standard work instructions
  • Ownership of layouts for supply chain managed footprints
  • Ownership of data analysis for upcoming products
  • New parts setup on warehouse and line side production
  • Delivery method definition based on forecast
  • Support for Material Handling and Receiving team

Required skills include:

  • MS Office
  • Experience presenting to all levels
  • Ability to set priorities, multitask, and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Ability to work effectively with teams to deliver results
  • Attention to detail, willingness to achieve high standards, and continuously improve
  • Strong IT skills working in several current and developing systems
  • Self-starter, motivated professional with strong written, verbal, and presentation communications skills
  • High level of accountability, ownership for tasks with little supervision
