Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement run-to-run control and fault detection systems for HAMR program manufacturing yield and quality improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop new control strategies and recipes for automation.
  • Perform data analysis to determine and optimize fault detection and classification models.
  • Develop and maintain central recipe management systems and run/batch builder configurations.
  • Integrate run-to-run control and fault detection systems with automation host software.
  • Monitor and maintain run-to-run control and fault detection systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Troubleshoot system problems and software errors.
  • Participate in system improvement roadmap planning.
Requirements:
  • MS/PhD degree in Engineering, Applied Physics, Operations Research, or Statistics.
  • Research or work experience with run-to-run control systems and fault detection in high-tech manufacturing environments.
  • Strong analytical and programming skills, with experience in statistical analysis and machine learning software.
  • Familiarity with processing technologies and equipment.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, with project management experience.
