POSITION SUMMARY

We are in search of a committed professional to assist the sales department at Everence Services. This role is essential in delivering technical knowledge, administrative assistance, and outstanding customer care. Everence Services is a reputable financial institution that emphasizes the importance of client welfare by integrating ethical values with financial advisory services.

PRIMARY DUTIES

  • Become proficient in utilizing the Everence client management system (CRM) for effective client information handling and office administration.
  • Acquire a comprehensive understanding of Everence's investment and insurance offerings, along with associated processing systems.
  • Get acquainted with financial products outside of Everence that are supported by the office.
  • Remain informed about compliance standards.
  • Engage in team discussions and conference calls.
  • Manage various administrative tasks including document upkeep, filing, correspondence, and client database oversight.
  • Assist with client inquiries, communication approvals, and application management.
  • Support consultants with trading activities, client meetings, licensing processes, and additional responsibilities.

REQUIREMENTS

Education: A minimum of two years of college education or specialized training is preferred.

Experience: Experience in financial services or insurance is advantageous. A minimum of two years in an administrative support role is preferred.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Exceptional organizational and analytical skills.
  • Alignment with the mission and values of Everence.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and communicate in a professional manner.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
