Job Overview

Orthopaedic Specialty Group, P.C., a leading healthcare provider, seeks an experienced Rehabilitation Therapy Support Specialist to join our team. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and working collaboratively with our rehabilitation team.

Responsibilities:
  • Under the supervision of a Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist, assist in carrying out rehabilitation procedures and maintaining accurate records.
  • Organize and schedule ancillary services, ensuring seamless support to center functions.
  • Clean, sterilize, and prepare whirlpools in accordance with OSHA guidelines, maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
  • Maintain therapy equipment, supplies, and laundry, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections, adhere to OSHA guidelines, and report any anomalies or concerns.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum 3 years of experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in medical terminology essential.
