At Cambridge Health & Rehabilitation Center, we are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team.

About the Role

This full-time or part-time position offers a competitive compensation package including a $50,000 - $70,000 per year salary, comprehensive training, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct nursing care, administering medications, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and overseeing the implementation of care plans.

Responsibilities
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
  • Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
  • Provide wound care and other nursing interventions as needed.
  • Supervise and support Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in delivering care.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and protocols.
Requirements
  • A valid state license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
  • A compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
  • An interest in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronically ill.
  • Strong clinical skills, including the administration of medications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • The ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
