Salary: $85,000 - $120,000 per year
Job Description:
As a Director of Nursing at Cambridge Health & Rehabilitation Center, you will provide strategic leadership to our nursing team, setting goals and objectives aligned with our mission. You will foster excellence and innovation in nursing care, shaping the culture of our facility and driving the advancement of healthcare practice.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of nurses and healthcare professionals
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance nursing practices
- Oversee nursing operations, including staffing, training, and quality assurance
- Set high standards to ensure the delivery of exceptional care to our residents
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize resident care plans Ensure compliance to regulatory standards
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in nursing care

Requirements:
- Valid state RN nursing license
- Advanced degree or certification preferred
- Commitment to resident-centered care and excellence in healthcare delivery
- Visionary mindset with a focus on innovation and quality improvement
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
- Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronically ill with the ability to work with both
- Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
- Experience in a senior nursing leadership role in a Long-Term Care or similar healthcare setting preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
