POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in meeting established sales objectives, supporting team development, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Uphold and implement sales policies and ethical standards while representing the company with integrity.
  • Achieve daily sales targets through effective transaction closures.
  • Exhibit professionalism consistently in all interactions.
  • Oversee the training, assessment, and performance management of team members.
  • Actively participate in daily sales meetings to drive team engagement.
  • Collaborate with the Site Trainer to facilitate ongoing training initiatives.
  • Assist in the recruitment of prospective sales associates.
  • Conduct group sales presentations as needed.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Expectations and Qualifications
